Your $2,200 - $2,500 per month investment includes:

• Private access to a flowing creek, powerful energy spots and walking trails on our 10-acre retreat sanctuary

• Private office space in Mount Shasta with high speed internet for your online work

• 30-foot gathering & movement space for personal use, community use, and space for your guests & offerings

• Opportunity to work on land stewardship projects to build your capacity to live off grid

• Peer mentorship and community support

** The fees for the incubator program will directly cover the operating expenses for our retreat sanctuary. We do not currently have outside investors supporting our sustainability.  We are committed to supporting chosen applicants to fundraise if financial support is needed through our Community Wellness Fund.  Please indicate this in your application.**
