Got the vision, but just need the dedicated time and uninterrupted space to create?

From January to May, we offer you the lifetime opportunity to incubate and give birth to your creative visions on our sacred land.  You will receive dedicated time, space, and 1:1 coaching to rejuvenate, dream, create and tune inward in the deep stillness of winter in Mount Shasta, California. 

We welcome visionaries, healers, artists, community leaders, change makers, builders, inventors and sacred activists who have a desire to create something transformative for humanity in one of the following categories of innovation:

• Alternative modalities for wellness, healing and personal growth

• Art (in any form) that catalyzes human consciousness and transformation

• Replicable, equitable models for sustainable living, sacred economics and land stewardship

THE incubator is ideaL FOR PEOPLE WHO:

• Have a clear idea, project or vision that they’re passionate about incubating from winter to spring

• Are confident in their area of expertise and also humble and curious about what they have yet to learn

• Are committed to creating at much greater depth than ever before, and are also self-motivated to consciously cultivate their vision and bring it to form

• Desperately need uninterrupted space to create something tangible in service of humanity at this time

• Have a strong desire to live in nature and co-create with the land that they’re living on in sacred reciprocity

• Are able to live simply and can handle the discomforts of winter living (i.e., colder, darker days with occasional snow)

• Are invested in their own growth

• Have spent some time at Hestia and feel a connection to the land (strongly preferred)

** Our selection process will be driven by our goal to bring together a diverse, intergenerational group with a wide range of expertise and backgrounds. We are growing a Community Wellness Fund to offer scholarships to our BIPOC, low-income participants.**

SAMPLE FLOW

JANUARY >> SETTLE & GROUND

• We will begin with an opening fire ceremony and guided chakra walk to invite the spirits of the land to support our intentions for our incubation time and to receive permission for co-creating with the land.

• To help you get fully adjusted and integrated at our retreat sanctuary, the first week will be designed to support you in getting to know the land and ways to connect and co-create with the land.

• You will learn different modalities around sacred land stewardship and choose a particular role for giving back and tending to the land and space during your incubation time.

FEBRUARY – APRIL >> REST, DREAM & CREATE

• Once you get settled, you’ll have lots of uninterrupted time to create on the land.

• You will receive 1:1 coaching twice a month for consistent support and accountability.

• We host monthly new moon and full moon dinners for you to learn and grow with the other visionaries in the program

• We will fertilize our creations in a spring equinox celebration and ceremony, around the midpoint of the incubator.

MAY >> BIRTH, INTEGRATE & TRANSITION

• We will help you codify and express your creation outwardly during the last month of the incubator.

• We will close the program with a fire ceremony offering gratitude to the land for the support we’ve received.

Post-Incubator Support

SPRING & SUMMER

• You will be offered a featured spot at our retreat center to share your creations (in-person and/or online) in the form of a product and/or program to Hestia Retreat Center guests and our community-at-large.

PROGRAM INVESTMENT & OFFERINGS

• $11,000 - $13,000 program investment for a 4 month stay (based on the accommodation)

• Laundry facilities and all utilities in your space

• Hot tub and cold plunge

• Private access to a flowing creek, powerful energy spots and walking trails on our 10-acre retreat sanctuary

• Private office space in Mount Shasta with high speed internet for your online work

• Opportunity to work on land stewardship projects to build your capacity to live off grid

• Ongoing 1:1 mentorship and coaching support

** The fees for the incubator program will directly cover the operating expenses for our retreat sanctuary as well as program administration and mentorship time.  We do not currently have outside investors supporting our sustainability.  We are committed to supporting chosen applicants to fundraise if financial support is needed through our Community Wellness Fund.  Please indicate this in your application.**
