SONIYAH SINGH

Soniyah passionately believes that with Love all things are possible. She is a Love Researcher, Matchmaker, Relationship Coach and a guide for over 15 years. Her life's calling is to help people be the Love they want & to create the Love they want. She works with singles and couples of all ages, orientations, and backgrounds. Through her research she has found that the medicine of Love and Compassion can heal conscious and unconscious barriers to Love, Relationships, 

Intimacy and Pleasure. 

Soniyah is the proud owner and founder of Finding Bliss, a ​​relationship coaching and empowered matchmaking practice. She has seen that Love is inevitable, if you are willing to do, what she calls, the Heartwork. With hundreds of real and profound Love stories under her belt, she is writing a book to inspire others to believe in the power of Love and healing. 

Being on the Land this winter, Soniyah will give birth to a project that has been a part of her vision for years. She has channeled hundreds and thousands of mantras personalized to her clients that are also universal to each of us spiritual beings living human lives. With the guidance of Shasta and Hestia Magic, Soniyah will co-create a deck of 55 Love Mantra Cards as guides to bring us back to universal truths and in alignment to our Heart center.

Preston, also known as Pomtahatot Tuiimyali, is an artist, activist and the son of the current Winnemem Wintu Tribal Chief, Caleen Sisk. He has been dancing in the Winnemem way since he was 4 years old and now channels his advocacy through being a singer and war dancer.

“The main way in which I can affect the world, do my job, and help my people, the land, the spirits, the salmon, the laws of creation — is through dancing,” he said. “That’s my main purpose in life. That’s how I can affect the most.”

Preston grew up in the old village site of the Winnemem Wintu tribe, along the McCloud River in Northern California where the Shasta Dam has flooded spiritual and cultural lands. Since the 1940s, the creation of the dam has also blocked the usual migration of winter-run salmon, effectively endangering the species.

Currently serving as the Cultural Preservation Officer for his nation, Pom has done work to condemn the raising of the dam and to protect sacred sites. He visits classrooms throughout the state to talk about healing Northern California’s waters.

While his job mostly entails writing grants and being a spokesperson, Preston said he prefers to use spirituality and prayers as a form of activism.

DR. SOFIA COSTA

Dr. Sofia Costa earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 and has since evolved into energy healing to support one's journey of feeling more connected, lighter, and free from deep within. 

She is a Holy Fire Reiki Master, Sound Energy Healer, and author of The End of Back Pain: The Secret to Gaining Relief and Staying Active." During her time at Hestia, she will be writing her second book and deepening her spiritual practice while connecting to the land and serving the community. 

"I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, into a family line of healers, shamans, and medicine men and women. And it was my parents, now retired medical physicians, who influenced me to empower people to heal from the inside-out and live their best life. So, it's in my DNA. And I allow myself to be guided by my ancestors and God/Source/Universe so that I can unlock my power within and share the wisdom and medicine of my life's journey. "

BLAKE ROMNEY
steward of conscious children

shifting how we cultivate consciousness from the start

Blake has been guided to her calling in this lifetime to nurture and steward children, to guide them to remember their own inner truth and connection to spirit. At the age of 13 when Blake was a kiddo herself, she was drawn to be a guide for kiddos. After working with kids for nearly two decades of her life she started her company, Conscious Kiddos beginning of 2021. This allows her to bring the guidance she received on her own journey to the kiddos of our world.

 

Blake has an array of gifts along with being the founder of Conscious Kiddos! She is a certified birth doula, helping, empowering and supporting mama’s and their babies coming earth-side. She is also a Reiki practitioner, using an ancient healing modality that helps move stuck energy within mamas and children to bring them back in balance. 

 

Blake is also a passionate photographer which continues to inspire her creativity and play. She takes many types of photographs, of course her favorite being, surprise surprise family portraits! She loves capturing the authentic moments with families, so they have memories they can cherish for life. 

 

While incubating on the land of Hestia Magic, her newest venture is to co-create and write her very first children’s book. This story book incorporates healing, awakening and spiritual growth. Birthing this book is a way to share parts of her that are ready to be expressed now. 

STEPHEN JACKSON
actor, writer & an all around creative

shifting how we heal trauma through comedy

Stephen Jackson is an actor, writer and an all around creative. He lived and worked for 16 years in Hollywood and during his time there he embraced comedy as a means to self-discovery.

"It's so important to my emotional maturation to be able to laugh at myself, to be able to take the things I hold so dearly and that seem so precious and mock them from time to time. I gain perspective that way and come into a looser, more forgiving relationship with myself and my environment."

Having left the entertainment industry recently and coming now to Hestia, he is excited to connect to that humor again and is looking forward to a greater output of comedy in content and human spirit. He is a dedicated survivor of childhood trauma who diligently gives back to those of similar upbringing in community through teaching inner child work and reparenting techniques. He has been moved by the people he has encountered on the land and their enthusiasm for their individual and collective pursuits in the spiritual and healing arts. He hopes to contribute a verse to the conversation.

And he doesn't believe in gnomes.

JASON MCLAUGHLIN
artist & wellness coach

shifting how we listen

Jason is an artist and wellness coach, with a mission to bring the human system back into harmony and provide tools for self empowerment and healing. His passions have led him into the field of health and wellness due to the tangible relationship between one's thoughts and emotions with their physical state of being. After receiving a degree in Exercise Science, Jason has continued to develop his faculties as an effective coach through the study of mindfulness, neuroscience, spirituality, and sound therapy.

As an artist, Jason's expression takes form primarily through painting, composing music, and creative writing. His intention through the time incubating at Hestia this winter is to explore each creative outlet, while completing the overarching project of publishing another book.

In addition to his creative project, Jason intends to cultivate a greater relationship with nature throughout the incubation period at Hestia. He believes that through nature, the truest and most unadulterated form of spirituality can be accessed.

"I see all things around me as conscious and alive. The trees, clouds, rocks... each has their own spirit, their own medicine, and their own story. These allies are willing to share their medicine and guidance with us if we are humble enough to ask for their support and become still enough to listen. That is what I want to do here, to become still enough to listen and to share this medicine with the world through my work."
