Holding Space with Heart
A Restful Immersion for Facilitators with Nirel the Yogini
September 3-7, 2026
Mount Shasta, CA
This all-inclusive 4-night retreat is designed for yoga teachers, healers, wellness practitioners, and community leaders who are seeking a more intentional, grounded, and sustainable way to live, work, and support others.
Centered around best practices in facilitation, this restful immersion blends guided practice, reflective learning, connection with nature, and spacious time for integration—creating an experience that is both restorative and professionally enriching.
You’ll deepen your understanding of space holding, boundaries, and sustainable care, while exploring how these practices can shape the way you lead, serve, and care for yourself.
WHO IS THIS HEALING RETREAT FOR?
If you want to keep showing up without burning out, this immersive experience is for you. We provide facilitators, teachers, healers, coaches, and leaders with a nourishing space to rest, renew, and learn sustainable spaceholding practices they can implement in their work and life.
For yoga teachers, this retreat offers professional growth and Yoga Alliance CEUs.
For healers and wellness practitioners, we support the development of stronger boundaries and more sustainable ways of working.
For coaches or leaders on the verge of burn out, we offer a pathway toward renewal, self-connection, and a more intentional rhythm of life.
WHAT WILL IT FEEL LIKE?
Rest. Restore. Refine the way you lead.
You spend your days holding others—witnessing, guiding, tending.
This weekend is designed for you to just recieve.
Set within a deeply restorative nature sanctuary near Mount Shasta, this learning experience is both a retreat and an immersion —created for yoga teachers, coaches, facilitators, and emerging spaceholders who are ready to deepen their craft without burning out.
Step out of constant output and into a rhythm that nourishes your own body, intuition, and inner clarity. Here, you’re invited to soften the “facilitator self” and return to the human underneath it. Through a blend of rest, reflective practice, and experiential facilitation practice, you’ll expand your capacity to hold space with greater presence, integrity, and care. This is not about performing or perfecting—it’s about cultivating a grounded, embodied way of leading that feels sustainable over time.
By the end of this immersion, you will be able to:
Reflect on what intentional space holding means to you and own your unique style of facilitating with heart
Identify the core values guiding how you will hold space for others
Explore what rest, renewal, and boundaries look like in your personal and professional life
Practice showing up for others with more care, clarity, and intention
Grow your confidence in guiding and supporting others
All while being deeply resourced yourself. Rest in an all-inclusive, supportive environment designed for true restoration.
Sleep deeply.
Move slowly.
Let your nervous system unwind.
Let silence quiet the planning mind.
Let nature gently recalibrate your pace.
There will be time to play, create, vision, and simply be—without needing to guide, fix, or lead. Gather in circle with fellow facilitators who understand the invisible layers of this work. Share meals, walk the land, and experience being held in community rather than holding it all together alone.
You’ll leave not only replenished, but with a clearer, more embodied relationship to your role as a spaceholder—one that supports both your growth and your longevity in this path.
This is a return to a more sustainable way of leading rooted in presence, reciprocity, and heart.
“Nirel cultivated a very spacious and welcoming practice centered on resting for resilience. Her language was invitational and left room for choices and exploration. She was exceptionally intentional and organized - from the invitation to introduce ourselves via chat, to the slides including journal prompts, and all the way to a follow-up email with tips from fellow resters and resources!”
