WHAT DO YOU WISH TO INCUBATE THIS WINTER?
Winter invites a return to our origins for death creates rebirth. That which flows must also ebb as the tides of our life.
Do we have capacity to commune with the unknown?
If we can release what we fear, its frozen frequencies can be freed as creativity. Deep rest is rare and required to build our reserves. Stillness is a profound force that moves from our center into the world. These themes are related to the alchemical element of Water.
Join us on the Big Island of Hawaii, home of Mauna Kea and sacred Kealakekua and Honaunau Bays, for a special winter sabbatical week to receive the restful, introspective medicine of winter. Together, we will slow down to rest and root deeply into our winter visions with the support of the community and the silence and stillness of the land. Our group cultivation guide and guest healer for this sacred journey is Dr. Paul C. Wang, Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM).
This is the perfect opportunity to transition into a new season and calendar year, if you desire:
Greater alignment between your lifestyle and nature’s rhythms
More slowness and quiet time in wintering
Guided support to navigate this darker time of the year
Sacred space to go deeper into your resting, visioning and dreaming states
“The guidance shared at the beginning of my sabbatical helped me to follow my heart and body throughout my time there. I came to deeply value the solitude and connection I felt on the land, and the beauty of my surroundings.
My return home is full of deeper clarity and rootedness as a result of my time at Hestia. As I navigate the void during this period of time, I am grounded in the lessons from Hestia and knowing that abundance and prosperity are near.”
~ JANINE PEÑAFORT
Solstice amplifies our vision, fuels our fire, enhances our sensitivity to possibilities beyond our old stories and stale identities. We feel into the new who we want to be. We ignite the process of embodying our future self in this moment. We illuminate both our intentions and blockages to create our most meaningful life. We commune our wholeness within to heal our relationships.
Dr. Wang will share his integration of martial, medical, and mystical paths as our collective story of mythic mastery — a process which actualizes our full potential. Through practical principles and meaningful flows, he will orchestrate a series of three 2-hour morning activation sessions throughout the sabbatical week to harmonize our mind, heart, body with soul, spirit, source.
Join our Special Winter Sabbatical and New Year celebration in Hawaii to:
Ensoul universal principles through meditation, movement, memetic practices
Enrich your mind, body, heart, spirit with the eternal elements
Encounter fellow lovers of solitude, plentitude, gratitude
Enter a reality the celebrates the introspective depth, stillness and silence of this season
Enact insights into your daily lifeways
