It’s the land itself, ten acres above Honaunau Bay where the jungle meets the Pacific. You are held by sacred land, and guided by a team trained to work with both body and spirit, in energy healing, and in the medicine of nature.
Before you arrive, your guide learns who you are and what you are carrying. Your two personalized sessions are built from you, not from a generic retreat template.

We understand it can be a hassle to plan your meals while on retreat, so we offer a simple meal delivery service from a local food cooperative. Your living space would be stocked with healthy catered food to easily heat up at your convenience. Here’s a sample menu to choose from!

You will have access to a microfridge, toaster oven, stovetop burners, pots/pans/utensils, salt, pepper, oil. You will need to bring additional spices for cooking. Some spaces will include a full kitchen. Ask us for more information on this based on your preferred lodging type.
Complimentary tea and coffee is provided.

All of the communal bathrooms are a convenient walk from your accommodations.

The sabbatical experience is designed for you to connect with your internal wisdom by being on the land. So the spaciousness and alone time is intentional. Many people realize how much more solo time they need in their lives and dedicate more time and space to themselves after the sabbatical experience.
You will get a group orientation on the second day of your sabbatical week to meet others who are on the land.
You will receive quite a bit of support from the Hestia team throughout your week to make sure your needs are met.
If you would like more group time, join our special sabbatical weeks or book additional 1:1 coaching sessions with us to get more in-depth support during your stay.

We offer 1:1 or small group movement, yoga, and dance classes in addition to massage, energy work, sound healing, acupuncture services. Every wellness partner we work with has been carefully vetted and is top notch in their modality!
Some of the healers we work with only offer sessions in their private offices outside of our space. . Many of our wellness partners can come onsite, which is such a treat!
For in-depth coaching support, you can also book 1:1 sessions with our Hestia coaching team. We also offer coaching packages to support your integration back home.
