Paliuli is known as the legendary “Garden of Eden” in Hawaiian mythology.  Grown along the volcanic slopes of South Kona, each bean of Paliuli Reserve carries the spirit of land, story, and stewardship.  At our farm and retreat sanctuary, we nurture our trees using organic practices and tend to the land as sacred. 

Our rare, single-origin coffee is roasted in small batches.  We invite you to sip with intention and connect with the trees rooted in our fertile soil.

BREWING TIPS
Use 2 rounded tablespoons (or 14 grams) of ground coffee for every 6 oz of hot (200℉) filtered water. Try a French press for a full-bodied brew, or a pour-over for delicate nuance. 

Adjust strength and steep time to suit your taste buds.
