April 30-May 3, 2026
WHAT WILL IT FEEL LIKE?
This May, step away from the noise of daily life and enter a sanctuary devoted entirely to you — a space for mothers to rest, restore, and be deeply held.
Our Solo Self-Care Weekends are an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself in the beauty of nature. Whether you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or simply in need of quiet, this experience offers a rare and sacred pause — a chance to replenish your energy, soften your body, and reconnect with the part of you that exists beyond giving and doing.
A Sanctuary in Nature
Nestled in a serene forest of ponderosa pine and incense cedar, our retreat center rests beside a gentle, flowing creek, just north of majestic Mount Shasta. This land carries a profound stillness — an ancient and joyful energy that invites you to remember what it feels like to be truly alive, grounded, and at peace. Nature becomes both refuge and guide, gently supporting you as you unwind and return to your natural rhythm.
Come to rest.
Come to be cared for.
Come to remember yourself beyond the roles you hold.
Leave feeling replenished, supported, and reconnected — with a renewed sense of presence, vitality, and deep appreciation for the mother you are and the life you carry.
