WHAT WILL IT FEEL LIKE?
This Mother’s Day, step away from the noise of daily life and enter a sanctuary designed to nourish the soul and celebrate the sacred bond between mothers and daughters.
Our Mother’s Day Retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover one another in the beauty of nature. Whether your relationship is seeking healing, deeper connection, or simple togetherness, this experience offers a rare and sacred pause — a chance to reawaken the love, laughter, and tenderness that live at the heart of your bond.
A Sanctuary in Nature
Nestled in a serene forest of ponderosa pine and incense cedar, our retreat center rests beside a gentle, flowing creek, just north of majestic Mount Shasta. This land carries a profound stillness — an ancient and joyful energy that invites you to remember what it feels like to be truly alive, grounded, and at peace. Nature becomes both teacher and mirror, reminding you of the beauty that exists within and between you.
A Heart-Centered Experience
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided through nourishing practices and gentle rituals designed to open the heart and calm the nervous system. This retreat honors both togetherness and individuality — creating time for shared experiences as well as spacious moments for personal integration. We intentionally sprinkle this weekend with a perfect balance of grounding group practices and playfulness on the land to open to the child within.
Come to rest, to renew, and to rejoice in the sacred mother daughter connection that has always been yours. Leave with hearts more open, spirits more grounded, and a deeper sense of gratitude for one another — and for the life you share.
This retreat is open to daughters/children aged 8 and above.
