We offer a nourishing breakfast during your stay, so you can begin each morning feeling grounded, cared for, and ready for the day ahead.

For lunch and dinner, guests are welcome to prepare their own meals or explore local dining options nearby.

Our retreat is set on 10 acres of lush land with fruit trees and a coffee plantation. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh fruit from the garden during their stay, depending on what is in season.

We also roast our own coffee on the land and offer it for purchase if you’d like to take a little taste of Hestia Magic home with you.

The best way to explore the island and get to the retreat is by renting a car. Having your own car gives you the freedom to move at your own pace, visit nearby beaches and towns, and fully enjoy the beauty of the island during your stay.

We’re happy to provide car rental recommendations and local tips to help make your arrival and transportation as smooth as possible.

The sabbatical experience is designed for you to connect with your internal wisdom by being on the land. So the spaciousness and alone time is intentional. Many people realize how much more solo time they need in their lives and dedicate more time and space to themselves after the sabbatical experience.

You will receive quite a bit of support from the Hestia team throughout your week to make sure your needs are met.

If you would like more group time, join our special sabbatical weeks or book additional 1:1 coaching sessions with us to get more in-depth support during your stay.

We offer 1:1 or small group movement, yoga, and dance classes in addition to massage, energy work, sound healing, acupuncture services. Every wellness partner we work with has been carefully vetted and is top notch in their modality!

Some of the healers we work with only offer sessions in their private offices outside of our space. Many of our wellness partners can come onsite, which is such a treat!
