A Retreat for BIPOC-identified Folks

with Dr. Kinshasa Bennett & Mary Sanders

NovEMBER 11-14, 2026
MOUNT SHASTA, CALIFORNIA

What seeds to we need to plant in order to deeply rest this winter?  What needs discerning, releasing, reclaiming and renewing?

In this special weekend experience, you will be guided to self-reflect, practice devotion with nature, and work with your own energies to rest your mind and body.  We will drop in with ourselves, the land, and our community.  This journey is designed to prepare us for the deep rest that the winter calls for while balancing what we need to grow and dream and take care of in our lives.

Together, we will dive deep to retrieve our purpose, our belonging, and reclaim our intuition through the magical portal of mugwort medicine.
