Our Digital Detox Weekends are a perfect way to turn off your phone and turn on your intuition and inner knowing.
We do everything we can to make sure you land softly when you come to Hestia. Upon arrival, we will greet you and show you to your cozy home away from home. We will securely store your phone and any other electronics, so that you can immediately start to tune out the outer noise and attune to yourself.
This space of continuous stillness and slowness will gift you the opportunity to really slow down and drop into a new way of being, which is a steady, organic presence as old as the trees that surround us here at Hestia’s nature sanctuaries in Mount Shasta, California and on the Big Island of Hawai’i

3 nights of lodging at any of our nature sanctuaries in Mount Shasta, CA or on the Big Island of Hawai’i
Safe storage for all your tech items to be tucked away during your stay
Your space will be stocked with healthy food for 3 meals a day (we can accommodate most dietary needs)
A guided somatic land experience to connect deeply with the earth element as a grounding anchor
One wellness session of your choosing to support your nervous system to continue to unwind and relax (such as yin yoga, yoga nidra, sound bath, massage, energy work)
Curated suggestions for sacred places to visit in the area
